Hello Springwater Students and Families,

Progress Reports have posted to Synergy and are available on ParentVue and StudentVue. We have also sent out text messages and emails to all families who have a student failing one or more classes. Remember we have daily academic support for those who would like some individualized help with their assignments!

Return To Learn / Hybrid Update: We have sent out an important survey to all STHS families. We need your response so we can get an accurate count of students who would like to attend a hybrid schedule this spring. Please complete and submit the survey by Friday, March 5th. The district needs to start creating bus routes as soon as possible. We have included some additional information in this newsletter about the safety protocols in place across GBSD schools as we transition to Limited In Person and Hybrid instruction.

We have begun celebrating our seniors during advisory and on social media. We will be including this information in our principal updates as well between now and the end of the school year. Please take a moment to read about our outstanding seniors who will be graduating in June!

Wednesdays: 1:25pm - 3:30pm.

Seniors! It's time to submit your senior photos, and your baby photos! All photos were due on February 1, 2021. You can still submit them electronically by filling out the following forms:

Springwater Trail High School is enrolled in the Fred Meyer Community Rewards program! Please link your Fred Meyer rewards card with our nonprofit number MU443. Fred Meyers will donate a percentage of your purchases every quarter to our program. This will NOT affect your reward points or fuel points. Last quarter we received $78.49, every little bit helps. • Post a schedule of your classes close to your computer
• Set reminders for your classes on your phone / chromebook
• Find a quiet place to participate in Google Classroom meetings. (We understand this can be extremely challenging when everyone is stuck at home!)
• Work with family members to minimize disruptions during live class sessions.
• Remember engagement and communication are more critical than ever during distance learning. Communication is about human connection, understanding, and community: all of which are priorities for us and part of the reason you chose to attend Springwater!
• It can take time to become comfortable turning your camera on and there are other ways to show you are engaged. Below are some ways to communicate and engage during live class sessions:
