2026 Fall Swim Lesson Program

• Schedule available for viewing: Wednesday, August 19
• VASD Resident registration opens: Wednesday, August 26 at noon
• NON-VASD Residents registration opens: Friday, August 28 at noon

• Check your RecDesk account
• Make sure you can log in with no issues; if you run into issues logging in, we can help! Just send us an email (aquatics@verona.k12.wi.us) or give us a call (608-653-1065).
• Ensure all family members have a household profile, and that all information is correct.
• Double-check your residency status! All individuals residing in or open-enrolled into the VASD are considered residents. Any staff members working in the VASD are also eligible for resident status. If you believe there's an error with your residency status, please let us know!

• No RecDesk account? No problem!
• You can create an account online or in-person at the Aquatic Center or Natatorium

• Account approvals are handled by our administration team. While we strive to review them as quickly as possible, the process may take up to 1-2 days. We recommend creating an account at least a week before registration.

Class fees include the entire session of classes. Cost is based on the duration of the lesson and the number of classes in the session. For fee information, please check the Fees tab of the program.

• Please remove street shoes before entering the pool area. You may leave them in the locker rooms or carry them with you.
• Please wait on the deck in the pool area until your class begins.
• **If you attend Open Swim before your lesson, please exit the pool and wait on deck until your class begins.
• Staff will communicate lesson policies and reminders on the first day.

• Refund Policy

VASD Aquatic Center/Natatorium has a no-refund policy. However, full refunds will be given if the VASD Aquatic Department cancels a class. Pro-rated compensation, in the form of a RecDesk account credit, may be given only if severe illness or injury prevents participation of the entire session; documentation may be requested.

• Class Enrollment

Participants are limited to one (1) class registration per session. Any enrollments that fall under the following conditions will not be eligible for refunds or credits:

-Registering for more than one class per session

-Enrolling in an incorrect class

-Choosing to cancel or withdraw from a class

• Non-VASD Resident Waitlist

• Class Withdrawal

• Program Modifications

• Missed Lessons - Absences

• Payments

• Fecal Accident

• Community & Student Locker Rooms (recommended for participants who are independent or have no mobility limitations)
