Hello New PGS Parent Educators,

We are excited to have you participate in our Welcome to PG Parent Educator Course (WPG for short) on Monday afternoons! Our first class is this Monday, September 22 from 12:15 - 1:15 pm. Watch for an email with more details. Arrive in the Gym around 12:10.

To meet September Satisfactory Progress, families must complete the following.

• Attended August 27th Opening Day Zoom

• Picked up curriculum & device

• Signed SLP Folder

• Met face to face with SLP Advisor

• Student(s) attend onsite class(es)

Next week, you'll receive a notification in ALE confirming that September's Overall Progress has been recorded. You can then log into ALE to view the updates on each student's Student Learning Plan.

UN = student's school ID number

PW= student's birth month, hyphen, day. For exampleaa birthday of July 8th, the pw would be 07-08.

PGS Courtyard Guidelines:

✅ Students May:

• Walk calmly through the courtyard

• Sit or eat and socialize at the tables

• Clean up all lunch items after eating

🚫 Students May Not:

• Climb trees

• Run through flower beds

• Play hide-and-seek behind bushes or near dumpsters

• Wait alone in a car
