Superintendent's On the Move Series
Our students are winning on the court and in the classroom!
We sprinted into March with a busy basketball schedule as our teams were finishing up regular season play and heading full force into the playoff season. We are so thankful for all those who supported our teams financially as well as enthusiastically in person at the many games at home and away. Our young athletes left it all on the courts and our High School Boys Team brought home the Silver Ball at the State Tournament in Murfreesboro!
We were afforded some rest during our Spring Break at the end of March just to jump right back in the thick of testing season for all our students. Our students, teachers and staff have worked hard this testing season but have come through like the champs they are. Our students have attended and been attentive at professional development sessions throughout the school year and they have worked hard in the classroom everyday. We can't wait to hear the results of all the hard work and effort everyone has put in this school year.
This school year is moving fast. Our students and teachers will be able to enjoy a couple of days of fun at the Strawberry Festival on May 7th and 8th and then we will return to Graduation Week for our Seniors as they prepare to spread their wings and fly to their next destination. Be sure to read all the great things that have taken place in March and April in our district. As always, we have been busy and productive in our schools and around our community. Next month, we will be celebrating our Class of 2026!
