Parking Spot Purchase and Senior Painting Option Parking Spot Purchase and Senior Painting Option

Parking sticker purchases will require:

  • driver’s license number
  • license plate number
  • make and model of the vehicle (if a student does not have this information, a sticker can be purchased but will be withheld until the information has been made available to administration)
  • you must purchase your parking sticker in-person, do not send a friend to purchase a sticker for you

The cost to purchase a regular parking space is $50, a limited number of spots in a discount lot will also be available for $25. You will need either check or cash. We will not be able to process debit or credit cards.

Seniors who want to paint their parking space must have their drawing approved by a principal and signed permission slip from their parents (see permission slip and paint form link below). The total cost to paint a parking spot is $75, this includes the price of the parking spot and cost of having the spot repainted at the end of the year. Paint days for seniors will be Thursday and Friday, August 11th and 12th (these are the days we can guarantee the parking lot will be free of other vehicles).

Parking sticker purchase and painting are Non-Refundable.

Student Parking Update

Student parking will return to the south side of campus with a newly completed concrete parking lot that will serve 300 student vehicles. An additional student lot will be available on the southeast corner of campus shortly after the first day of school. This lot will be a good choice for students who will receive their driver's license later in the school year.

What If I Can't Come to Schedule Pick-Up? What If I Can't Come to Schedule Pick-Up?

If you are unable to pick-up your schedule on the dates we have designated, we have established the morning of August 8th for schedules to be available to view in Skyward. However, there will be less opportunity at that time to have in person interactions to help with answering questions as staff members will be participating in professional development sessions.

Here are the alternative dates that office staff/counselors will be available after our designated schedule pick-up days:

Changes to school breakfast and lunch pricing

Federal funding for all students to receive free school meals is no longer available to school districts. This means that students must either pay for school meals or qualify for free or reduced-price school meals for the 2022-23 school year.

School meal prices for the 2022-23 school year are:

Student Breakfast (all grades)

$2.00

Student Lunch (grades pk-5)

$3.00

Student Lunch (grades 6-12)

$3.25

There is a possibility that your child may qualify for free or reduced-price meals through the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). To find out if the children in your household are eligible for free or reduced-price meals, simply complete the Application for Free and Reduced-Price Meals online or paper form.

Here is some important information about applying for free and reduced-price meals:

  • Any family can apply. There is no penalty for families who apply and do not qualify.

  • Families who have not qualified in the past may qualify this year, as income eligibility qualifications have been adjusted.

  • The application and free or reduced-price meal status are completely confidential. Teachers, administrators, and fellow students do not have access to this information and will have no way of knowing which children receive free and reduced-price meals.

  • Children who receive free or reduced-price meals have the same food options as children who do not. There are no “special lunch lines” or different menu items for these students.

  • Qualifying for free and reduced-price meals may provide access to many additional benefits, including:

    • Pandemic EBT benefits

    • Reduced registration fees for AP, SAT, and/or ACT tests

    • Free or discounted participation fees for activities

    • Discounted rates associated with college applications

    • Discounted rates on internet services

To complete the Application for Free and Reduced-Price Meals online:

  • Visit https://www.mealappnow.com/manlcp/splash.php

  • If you have an existing account, select “Login”; if you do not have an existing account, select “Guest Login”

  • Follow the prompts to complete the application process. (The application will ask for your child’s student ID number, but if you do not know your child’s student ID number, you will be able to look it up using your child’s full name and date of birth.)

If you prefer to complete a paper Application for Free and Reduced-Price Meals:

  • Paper applications are available at any LCISD campus office, the district’s main office, and during fall open houses.

  • Return your paper application to any LCISD campus office or the district’s main office.
