Activities This Month
In the areas between the new classroom building and the existing 300/400 building, we have installed the sewer system and are currently installing all water lines, power, and fiber conduits.
- The East Bay Municipal Utility District water tie-in for new Building A is scheduled.
We are working on prepping and furnishing the Building B pad for lime treatment and certification.
- We will achieve the Phase 1.2 utilities milestone (excluding PG&E).
Activities Next Month
- We will continue installing underground utilities between the new classroom building and the 300/400 buildings.
- New electrical pathways and the solar system reconnection are ongoing to resolve conflicts with the new cafeteria and performing arts building foundations.
