• Wednesday Night Meet Up:
• 5-6:30p: Hotel lobby hangout
• Starting at 6:30p: ADD ON - Go Rio Holiday Cocoa Cruise - explore the Riverwalk with us as we take a cruise down the river! Add this ticket via TicketLeap's Wednesday Add On Ticket. More info coming soon. SPOTS ARE LIMITED, depending on group size we will go in multiple groups.

• 10a: The Alamo
• Lunch provided by LSS

• Friday Morning Meet Up, 10a-12p:

• Add on's are not required but strongly encouraged. You can come to just one or all based on which additions you purchase.
• Can't make it for the main field trip day but want to come to an add on opportunity? You totally can do that!
• A parent/guardian is required to attend any field trip/add on with a student.
• Travel and lodging accommodations are both the responsibility and at the discretion of each individual family. We try to have all activities within a 20 minute walk or less.
• Recommended hotel is the Embassy Suites by Hilton - San Antonio Riverwalk Downtown.
• Please see above for details on included meals and any provided transportation. Any meals/transportation not mentioned is at the discretion of each family.

Each student will travel with at least one parent/guardian, ensuring a safe and enriching experience. Every trip includes a day full of surprises, with exciting "add-on" adventures throughout the year.

Please note that this family field trip is subject to a minimum number of participants. Laurel Springs reserves the right to cancel the trip if the minimum participation threshold is not met. In the event of cancellation, any payments made will be refunded in accordance with Laurel Springs policy.
