Good Afternoon Pentucket Families,
As another wonderful week comes to a close, it's hard to believe we are entering the final stretch of the school year. The building has been filled with excitement as students have celebrated their accomplishments while also preparing for the important work that still lies ahead.
Our middle school students enjoyed two fantastic end-of-year traditions this week. Both grade levels participated in Field Day, where students had the opportunity to celebrate together with friendly competition, team-building activities, and plenty of water games to help everyone stay cool in the summer heat. It was wonderful to see so much laughter, encouragement, and school spirit throughout the day.
To cap off a year of hard work, our middle school students also traveled to Canobie Lake Park for a day of fun and celebration. These experiences are a well-earned reward for the dedication our students have shown throughout the school year, and we appreciate our staff for organizing opportunities that create lasting memories for our students.
While there has certainly been time for celebration, our classrooms have remained busy. Throughout the week, students have been reviewing, completing projects, and preparing for final exams, which begin next week. We encourage all students to finish the year with the same effort and commitment they have demonstrated throughout the year.
As a reminder, students are expected to attend school each day during finals week, even if they do not have a final exam scheduled during a particular block. These are still important school days, and teachers will continue providing instruction, review opportunities, make-up assessments, and other meaningful learning experiences.
Finally, a reminder that the last day of school is Monday, June 22nd. As we approach the end of another successful year, I want to thank our students, families, and staff for their continued partnership and support. We are looking forward to celebrating these final days together and ending the school year on a positive note.
Have a wonderful week!
Warmly,
Brenda Erhardt
Principal

Golden Sunset
Oil Painting, 22”x36”
Cassidy Roche, Class of 2026
"I started this painting in my art class called ‘Senior Studio’ with Ms. Nadeau. It began when I took a photograph at Crane Beach in Ipswich. My friends and I love going to this beach to tan and swim in the refreshing ocean. I wanted to recreate the photograph using oil paints, to preserve memories and be able to look back on these times when I am older. Painting this piece was enjoyable, but I struggled to make it realistic. I wanted everything to look how it appeared in the photo because I love realism. I am proud of this piece, and I hope it inspires others to paint what they are truly passionate about."
