Family Feast is this Thursday at 6:00 p.m.! This is a potluck style meal where we invite all of our TMHS Choir families to join us, and we do ask that everyone that comes brings something to share. We hope to see many of you there!

Below is the sign up for food/drinks and the RSVP! Please make sure you RSVP so we know how many to plan for!

Hello choir families!

Below is the sign-up for our Flag Renewal Flyer Fundraiser. Students who sign up will receive a packet of flyers to distribute to homes in neighborhoods close to the high school. This helps to remind people to sign up for a flag subscription to support our choir fundraiser!

Students will receive 0.5 points per flyer they distribute. For instance, if you distribute 100 flyers, you will receive 50 points! You can distribute as many (max 250) or little as you would like. Every little bit helps! Students will go to each address on their list and hang a flyer on the door of that home. You can sign up for your own neighborhood!

The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, November 19th. We will distribute packets on Thursday, November 20th at the choir family feast. If you cannot attend the feast, the choir directors can distribute packets of flyers at school the following day.

Once all your routes have been completed, please text Rachel Lagaly 281-723-8482 and Tanya Soler 612-280-1767 with a selfie of yourself in front of a street sign or neighborhood sign on your route. This must be done in order to receive points!

Please distribute all flyers by Sunday, December 14, 2025. DO NOT PUT DOORHANGERS IN MAILBOXES! IT IS AGAINST THE LAW!

**When signing up, leave quantity as 1 and just list max number of flyers in comment section along with student name and route preference. Initially we ask that the max number of flyers you sign up for is 250 but there is a possibility you can distribute more pending response to sign up!**

Flag Flyer Sign Up!

This week we will officially start our Choir WiddyUp fundraiser! This is a fundraiser where a thank you video of your student's choir class singing one of our holiday songs is sent once a donation is received. All students will participate and we have sent home contact information sheets to be completed by families with names and emails/numbers of family and friends that you think would have high potential of making a donation to the TMHS Choir Program. These contact sheets should be brought back to school TOMORROW!!

The fourth payment is due on Dec. 15! Please use the link below to continue to make payments. We will be using Presto to keep track of payments for TMHS Choir students traveling with us.

Please know that with online payments with CheddarUP there is a service charge. If you wish to send in a check or cash instead in order to avoid the service charge you are welcome to do so. Checks can be made out to TMCBC.

NYC Student Contract

Student contracts must be completed and turned in as a hard copy to secure your spot on the trip. Payments will not be accepted without completed contracts.

NYC Family/Community Member Contract

We are continuing to distribute chocolate boxes for our World's Finest Chocolate Fundraiser! However, many of your students took a box or two to begin selling and we ask that you please ensure they are selling the candy bars. They are only a dollar! When students finish selling the entire box of chocolate, they should return the envelope with their name on it and the money included to one of the choir directors. Student scholarship points earned by selling chocolate/doing flags will be available to see in Presto, and these points can be used towards things like Spring trip payments, voice lessons, solo and ensemble accompanist fees, class fees, and more!

Please make sure you student is returning their chocolate money envelopes to school!

Several seniors are already getting accepted into their various university of choice, so seniors, as you begin your journey of college admissions, please fill out the google form below to let us know where you have been accepted!!!

$25 Donation - Booster Supporters will receive slideshow recognition at our end-of-year concert.

$50 Donation - Silver Supporters will receive four reserved seats to the winter concert and slideshow recognition at our end-of-year concert.

$100 Donation - Navy Supporters will receive four reserved seats to the winter and senior recognition concerts, as well as slideshow recognition at our end-of-year concert.

$250 Donation - Wildcat Supporters will receive four tickets to the Pop Show, four reserved seats for all concerts, and slideshow recognition at our end-of-year concert.

Business & Community Supporters

$250 Donation - Big Cat Supporters will receive two tickets to the Pop Show, two reserved seats for all concerts, and slideshow recognition at every concert.

$500 Donation - Super Cat Supporters will receive four tickets to Pop Show, four reserved seats for all concerts, and slideshow recognition at every concert.

$1000 Donation - King of the Jungle Supporters will receive a TMHS Choir t-shirt, four tickets to the Pop Show, four reserved seats for all concerts, and slideshow recognition at every concert.

Our first Booster Club meeting is Tuesday, September 9th at 6:00pm in the TMHS Choir Room!

Section of the week is back as we are in full swing in the choir room! Every week, the directors will select a section in each class that has done extraordinary work throughout the week. Sections are competing for the honor of being "section of the year" and winning donuts at the end of the year!

This week's Student of the Week is all of our Region Weekend Participants! You all were amazing in how you represented yourselves and our school this weekend, and we are so proud of all of your hard work to contribute to the weekend's concerts! We hope YOU are proud of yourselves and had fun making music this weekend with all of our friends from Region IX!
