National School Counseling Week
National School Counseling Week begins on Monday, February 2nd. Our counselors have a tremendous impact at SKG. During National School Counseling Week we want to recognize our counselors - Dr. Renae Jackson, Ms. Kristine Novelly, Ms. Jackie Hatcher, Ms. Olivia Young, and Ms. Carissa Adam - for their unwavering dedication and invaluable support. You help our jaguars achieve success here at SKG and prepare them for their future prowling ground. Your compassion and guidance make a profound difference in their lives. We appreciate you!
February is Black History Month! Our Black Student Union club and their club sponsors have several activities planned including a digital display that will be broadcasted on the tvs around the building, a spirit week, and a door decorating contest. We also have a Black History Month book display in the Library. Students can stop by to check out our library books or search the library catalog in the portal to put them on hold.
