As we troubleshoot some family signup issues with DashPass, we will wait another week or two to do a full switch, but today we will begin a DashPass soft launch! Please practice using the app when you drive/walk to pick up your child at dismissal time. Simply open the app as you approach the school, and it will automatically queue your child as you enter the school boundaries. Make sure you've correctly chosen car rider or walker on the home screen!

All adults must have the app downloaded and set up to pick up their student(s), including Camp Fire and Operation Breakthrough families, so that we are prepared for a quick and efficient pickup in case of emergency.

Please watch this video to learn how to get started. You should have received an email invitation from school about two weeks ago; simply follow the directions to download the app, then click on “Sign In”, and it should switch over to the newly downloaded app and sign you in. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, don’t forget to check your spam! You can also simply choose "Guardian Driver" to enter the email address that is on file with the school, and the system should send you login information that way.

After your initial setup, learn how to authorize other adults to pick up your student or change your car color. You can also expect us to email you more info in the next two weeks.

If you have any problems signing in, the first place to check is your Infinite Campus Parent Portal to verify that the correct email is being used. Should you need assistance with updating contact information in Infinite Campus, please email info@cwckansascity.org. If you are seeing the correct email in Infinite Campus but still having problems, please contact DashPass for assistance at schooldismissalsupport@dashpass.net

Please note that we will not be using some of the features within the DashPass app. Please continue to email the attendance lines or call the front desk for absences; early pickups will take place at the front desk as usual.

Registration for fall clubs ended yesterday! Families will be emailed as soon as possible with club confirmations, scholarship notifications, or notifications of cancelled clubs. Club fees will be added to student accounts within the next couple of days if they have not already been added.

Please make sure you pay the club fee before Friday, September 12th by logging into your Parent Portal, clicking Fees, then adding the club fee to your cart and checking out. If you have any issues getting into your Parent Portal, please email Ms. Kidd at tisha.kidd@cwckansascity.org. Any students with unpaid balances will not be allowed to start clubs the first week.

Clubs begin the week of September 15th and meet once a week until 5 pm. As a reminder, all CampFire students who are participating in clubs will go to their CampFire classrooms after their clubs end.
