Over two exciting days at the ropes course, Butler 6th graders took on a variety of low-rope team challenges and high-rope climbs designed to build trust, teamwork, and confidence. Students were encouraged to push beyond their perceived limits and step outside their comfort zones. Butler Student Shows Kindness to Classmates Benefitting Veteran Charities
Each year, our Butler Veteran's Day Committee coordinates efforts to hold a special recognition in our school to celebrate our community heroes. This year, Butler will be welcoming Veterans to a special ceremony on November 12th (information above). Part of these efforts and traditions includes holding an annual pretzel sale (run by 6th Grade Ambassadors) to donate proceeds to a local veterans charity. This year, we held our special day on October 17th - which provided an afternoon snack for all who participated. One special Butler Bear exemplified Respect, Responsibility, and Kindness - a 6th grader named Seth W. - by gifting pretzels to his fellow Butler Bear Students. Please join our Butler Community in thanking Seth for this kind and generous action!
