Message from Mr. Imbusch Message from Mr. Imbusch

Dear students, staff, and parents/guardians:

This coming Tuesday, November 11th, is Veteran's Day. It is a time for all of us to pay respect to those who have served in our military. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those family members who have served; for your patriotism, your love of country, and your willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for November 20 (5-7:30pm) and November 24 (3:30-6pm). This week, parents will have received individual emails from your child’s teachers with links to sign up for conference times. Yesterday, I also sent out an email to all parents with these links on one page. I hope this will make it easier to plan your evening.

Have a wonderful weekend.

Sincerely,

Stephen Imbusch

Principal

MetroWest Survey MetroWest Survey

On November 20, students in grades 9–12 will be invited to take the MetroWest Adolescent Health Survey, which helps us understand student health and improve our programs and support services. Topics include substance use, safety, nutrition, physical activity, sexual behaviors, online behaviors, mental health, and basic demographics.

The survey is anonymous, voluntary, and does not collect any identifying information. Students may skip any question or choose not to participate, and you may also opt your child out. A fact sheet and more detailed explanations in multiple languages are provided below. If you would like to review the full survey, it will be available at Walpole High School from November 10–14, 8am–2pm, or by emailing Dave Wall at dwall@walpole.k12.ma.us.

To opt your child out, please fill out this Opt-Out form by November 14.

Thank you for your support.
