Dear Academy Families and Friends,

We are less than 24 hours away from a bright new school year! We're ready, we hope you are too!

Here are a few things to think/know about for the upcoming start of school:

Remember to check the Aspen Family Portal for classroom and bus assignments. Click here for directions on how to set up/access the family portal.
Last call for the student dismissal form for your child. Being a half day with dismissal at 11:50AM, we want to make sure your child and our staff know the plan. Talk to them tonight about where to enter as well as how they are getting home.
The school day starts at First Bell (8:50AM) and the late bell rings at 9:10AM. Please make every effort to have your child present and on time every day! The end of the day bell rings at 3:15 PM.
Please see the following updates from the school nurse. There are grade level specific updates regarding information that you should know.
Kindergarten Orientation is this Friday. Please be sure to make your session. Kindergartners start on Monday, September 9, 2024.
As tomorrow is the first day, just a friendly reminder parents can walk their students to the door but are not allowed to enter the building, There will be two AAPC tables you can visit...volunteers are always in high demand.
