Dear Kindergarten Families,
Welcome to kindergarten at Hutchison Farm Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year! We look forward to working with your child and family at our school in this upcoming school year!
The information below was sent to kindergarten families on July 6th, but it is being sent again for any new families that have registered their children for kindergarten and to remind everyone regarding the information/events!

Kindergarten Sneak Peek Video Series
The countdown to the new school year is officially on, and we cannot wait to welcome your little learners! We know big transitions come with big feelings (and lots of questions!). To help your child feel right at home before day one, we have created a Kindergarten Sneak Peek video series just for you.

PTA Kindergarten Popsicle Playdate--Save the Date!
We are excited to welcome our rising kindergarten students to Hutchison Farm! Please join us for a fun PTA/school event on Friday, August 7, 2026, from 4:00–5:00 p.m. in the kindergarten play area behind the school. This special playdate is a wonderful opportunity for incoming kindergarteners to begin building friendships and feel at home in our school community. Students will enjoy meeting new friends, making a craft, listening to a story, and, of course, sharing popsicles together! Families will also have a chance to meet our PTA representatives.
This event is intended for rising kindergarten students. If younger or older siblings need to attend, we kindly ask that families bring activities to help keep them occupied during the event.
We are excited to meet our newest Huskies and help them connect with one another. We look forward to a fun and welcoming afternoon!
