Events will start in the gym together and then families will be sent to classrooms to learn more about the upcoming school year! -- Please note this is a change from last year-- we are going back to an adult only format.

Wednesday Dismissal Time-Friendly Reminder!

Please remember: Davis students are released at 1:55pm every Wednesday. Please plan accordingly.

Attendance at Davis

If your child is going to be out of school, or tardy, or dismissed, please remember to call our Attendance Line at 781-918-4965. You can leave a message on this line anytime, day or evening. Please call before 9am if your child will be absent on any given day and before 1:15pm if your child's dismissal is in need of change.

We have added an email address: davis_attendance@bedfordps.org as an option to report any absences or dismissal changes for your students.

Required Forms for Volunteering

All adults (over 18 years of age) that are volunteering and/or visiting the school for programming must have a valid CORI, SORI, and signed confidentiality agreement on file before volunteering/visiting.

The district adopted a 3-year expiration for the CORI/SORI. You may call the Davis Office or email us to check if you have a valid CORI/SORI on file.

To be in full compliance with our HR Department and the State, all CORI/SORI forms MUST BE SUBMITTED in person, with a valid picture ID, ONLY by the person whose name appears on the form. Forms cannot be accepted via kid mail, email, or spouse, etc.

Please plan ahead and allow at least 1 week for processing, so that you don’t get stuck and are prohibited from volunteering.

Forms are applicable for all 4 schools in the district, so you only need to fill out forms at one school (i.e. if you fill out forms at Davis, you do not need to fill out forms at Lane).
