Students who do not wish to dress up or take part in the Boo Bash celebration will have the opportunity to participate in alternative activities in the library. These activities will be seasonal and focused on creativity and learning, but not affiliated with Halloween traditions.
🦁 Positive Behavior & Boo Bash Participation Expectations
Boo Bash is a special schoolwide celebration, and we want all students to have a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience. Participation is a privilege, and we will be strictly enforcing our schoolwide PBIS ROAR expectations: Be Respectful, On Task, Act Safely, and Be Responsible.
Students may be ineligible to participate in Boo Bash if any of the following apply:
Lunch Detention: The student receives lunch detention during the week of October 26–30 or has accumulated more than three lunch detentions during October.
Excessive Classroom Behavior Infractions: The student has demonstrated repeated behavioral concerns or classroom disruptions and has been identified by the classroom teacher for administrative review.
Serious Disciplinary Consequences: The student receives a serious disciplinary consequence, including suspension for any reason, during the week of October 26–30.
Participation decisions will be reviewed by school administration based on documented behavior and applicable school and district policies. Families will be notified if their child is not eligible to participate.
Students who do not participate because of disciplinary consequences will be provided with appropriate supervised activities.
Families, please take a few minutes to remind your child that positive behavior, respect for others, and making safe choices are expected every day—not just during special events.
We want every Lion to have the opportunity to celebrate, and we appreciate your partnership in helping us maintain a positive school environment.

Being on time isn't just about school. It builds lifelong habits that students will need in the real world. Arriving on time shows responsibility, respect for others, and readiness to meet commitments.
Think about being on time for a job, a doctor's appointment, a sports practice, or an important meeting. These habits begin now!
Our Monthly Attendance Challenge:
The TOP TWO classrooms with the highest monthly attendance rates of more than 90% will earn:
🍕 A Peter Piper Pizza coupon for students
🎟️ A No-Uniform Pass
Every day counts! Students also have opportunities to earn recognition and schoolwide incentives for meeting attendance and leadership goals.
Family Challenge / Reto Familiar:
Help your child prepare their backpack and uniform the night before, establish a consistent bedtime, and arrive at school with enough time to start the day successfully.
