Family Conferences Information

Fall Family Conferences will be held on October 16 from 5 to 8 PM and October 17 from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Oak Lawn-Hometown School District 123 Family Conferences will be completely scheduled online via Skyward/Qmlativ Family Access.
K-5 families will have the opportunity to schedule conferences with their student's grade-level teacher, encore staff, and specialists.
6-8 families will have the opportunity to schedule conferences with their student's advisory teacher, encore staff, and specialists.
Pre-K families at the Early Learning Center will have the opportunity to schedule conferences with their student's homeroom teacher.

All District 123 families can log in to Skyward/Qmlativ Family Access starting October 1 at 10 AM to select their family conference time and date. Online conference scheduling will close on October 13 at 11:59 PM.

Below you will find a series of resources to answer any questions you may have about Qmlativ Family Access. As always, you can contact your school office if you have any additional questions regarding family conferences.

Forgotten Username and Password

Click “Forgot your Username and Password” and follow the prompts. Please note, we do not keep track of passwords, however, your school’s main office can send you a reset link.

If this is your first time logging in to the new Qmlativ Family Access, you will need to click "Forgot Your Username or Password" and follow the steps to log in to your account.

If you need assistance scheduling conferences, you can contact your school’s main office. If you do not have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer, please contact your child's main office after October 1 at 10 AM to schedule your conference by phone.
