When you first print, you will be prompted to login. This is your K12 email address and K12 password, like if you were checking your webmail. Not your computer username or password.
After you attempt to print, you should see the little printer icon in your dock, click on that.
If you see the error below (Hold for Authentication) you have used the wrong info. At this point you can click on the far-right icon, and you will be prompted again to enter your credentials.
If you have your K12 username and password saved in Chrome, you can retrieve that. In Chrome go to Settings>Autofill and Passwords>Google password Manager.
Go to the entry called K12.sd.us, it will prompt you to enter your computer password, then click the eyeball to reveal the password.
If it's still not working with that saved password, we'll have to reset it. (Submit a work ticket)
