You're Invited to a FAMILY DANCE!
Who: Every child and family in the school is invited to attend! Kindergarten to Grade 6 students must come with a parent/adult. Grade 7 & 8 students can attend for $2.00 without an adult as they will be helping out.
Where: Fairfield Elementary School Gymnasium
What: It is a dance and there will be snacks for sale. Our Grade 7 and 8 students will be selling pop, chips, water and candy. They are raising money for their end of year trips.
Cost: $5.00 per family
Why: We love our school community and want to enjoy some after school fun!
JOIN US! Frontenacs Game Chuck-a-Pep
We are excited to share that we have been given the opportunity to participate in the chuck-a-pep event hosted by the Kingston Frontenacs on Feb 21, 2025! All the proceeds will be given back to our school. This is not only a chance to have fun and support our team but also to represent our school with our choir singing the national anthem!
We aim to sell a minimum of 50 tickets and recruit 10-20 volunteers to help with the chuck-a-puck activity. With each ticket sold, we get a $3.00 kickback to the school, how awesome is that! This is a great opportunity to engage with the community, support our choir, and showcase our school spirit! We encourage some of our intermediate students to volunteer.
CHUCK-A-PEP EXPERIENCES INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE NIGHT (VOLUNTEERS)
• Arrival should be between 5:15-5:30.
• We will have 2 tables set up on the main concourse for you. At each table, you will want 1-2 adults and 2-4 kids assisting in bringing people to the table to purchase “peps” (pucks). We will provide a cash float, tracking sheets/pens, the pucks, and debit terminals. Once you get here, you will count the float and set yourself up to sell.
Please let us know if you can volunteer by reaching out to Ms. Good in the office or a parent council member.
