Do you struggle with muscular aches and pains that wear you down? I’m here to help. With targeted massage techniques, I can gently ease tight muscles, release tension, and bring your body back into balance. Regular massage can also act as a preventative treatment, supporting your circulatory and lymphatic systems to naturally detoxify and restore your body.

Or perhaps you simply crave a relaxing massage to melt away stress and calm your mind, body, and soul. Sometimes a peaceful hour on the massage table is exactly what we need.

I tailor every treatment to you. Depending on your needs and sensitivity, I use a combination of techniques such as sports, deep tissue, therapeutic, Swedish, hot stones, Indian head massage, Chinese seated, Thai, lymphatic drainage, oncology, womb, fertility massage and use high quality organic aromatherapy and base oils.

I'm trained in both Western & Eastern Reflexology and I have been getting really promising results in treating my clients with long covid/vaccine reactions. This can be debilitating with so many different symptoms but extreme tiredness the most common. Using Reflexology, Aromatherapy oils and a nutrition protocol. It seems to be helping energy levels, headaches, skin rashes, dizziness, brain fog, menstruation irregularities, aches and pain ( to mention a few) and my clients are reporting feeling much better after their treatments.

Pregnancy Massage is a must for any Mum to be. Whether it's just a total de-stress or helping with the common aches/pains and issues associated with carrying a baby. I have been practising for 30 years, so you'll be in the safest of hands. Ideal from week 12 until onwards.

The perfect treat for any new Mum. As soon as your Doctor/Midwife gives you the ok, you can book in your postnatal massage. I've seen clients within a day or two, after uncomplicated births. The treatment can be individually designed for you or 80 minutes of head to toe massage, which is a wonderful treat after a long pregnancy and birth. It's a chance for your body to heal and recover and the perfect catch up on some well deserved rest. I can offer new Mums a postnatal massage in the comfort of their home, with their newborn close to hand or from my treatment room.

At the beginning of 2020 I trained in Womb, Tummy & Fertility Massage and for the last four years I have been practising it with such beneficial effects for my clients both physically but also for the emotional and spiritual support.

Womb, Tummy & Fertility Massage Therapy is a deep, yet gentle, non invasive therapy that works by bringing the organs within the abdominal area back into alignment, releasing pressure and strengthening the surrounding muscles and ligaments. This improves blood, nerve and lymph flow. Toxins are flushed away and nutrients that help to tone tissue and balance hormones, are restored to normal order.

The massage also focuses on breaking down scar tissue and loosening hardened debris that has been accumulating in your gut for years, encouraging a natural movement and clearing both physical and emotional congestion, leaving your abdomen feeling lighter and freer..

Nutrition and clean living is an important factor on our health and this will be included in your homecare advice.

Melanie and I are both Gong Masters and Sound-healers and offer weekly Sound baths. These include a variety of sacred instruments including the Gong, drums, chimes, tuning forks, acupressure massage, meditation and affirmations. Our ninety minutes session are a wonderful opportunity, just to lay back, relax and let the sounds of the gong and singing bowls wash over you.

We hold our regular sessions in Buntingford, Takeley, Bishop's Stortford and Wicken Bonhunt.
