New Board Meeting Schedule for 2026!

Starting this month, the Gwinnett County Board of Education meeting schedule will look different! The Board of Education will hold its Board Work Session and Board Business Meeting on two separate days each month, instead of one day. This updated schedule supports transparency, clarity, and thoughtful decision-making. Additionally, the Board is hopeful this new schedule will allow for increased attendance and viewership of the work sessions that were previously held during school hours. The next Board Work Session is Tuesday, January 13, beginning at 6 p.m.
The next regular Board Business meeting is Thursday, January 15. (Online, find links to sign up for the public comment sections of the meeting .)
