Families + Schools = Safer Schools

School should always be a safe place for learning, friendships, and growth. As parents and guardians, you play a critical role in making sure your child understands what is appropriate — and what is not — when it comes to school behavior and safety.

The Board of Education will hold its Board Work Session and Board Business Meeting on two separate days each month, instead of one day. This updated schedule supports transparency, clarity, and thoughtful decision-making. Additionally, the Board is hopeful this new schedule will allow for increased attendance and viewership of the work sessions that were previously held during school hours. View the full 2026 meeting calendar on our website.

  • The next Board Work Session is Tuesday, January 13, beginning at 6 p.m.
  • The next regular Board Business meeting is Thursday, January 15. (Online, find links to sign up for the public comment sections of the meeting.)
