Dear Parents,

We are excited to share some new additions to Beneke!

We have a new playground and awning for our Pre-K students!

We have a new playground area for our K-5 students!

We have a new marquee and a new fence surrounding the property!

The character day parade and trunk or treat were a lot of fun! Thank you for being here to cheer for our Bears!

We hope you have a wonderful extended weekend and we will see you back on Wednesday, November 5, 202!

As we move into this busy season filled with learning, celebrations, and special events, our focus remains on high-quality instruction and academic growth. Teachers are working diligently to ensure that every minute of learning time counts.

We encourage families to help students stay on track by:

• Maintaining strong attendance and arriving on time each day

• Encouraging students to read daily and complete assignments

• Setting routines that support focus and rest

We’re proud of the hard work our students have shown so far this year, and together we can make this next stretch one of continued progress and success.

¡El desfile del Día de Personajes y el evento de “Trunk or Treat” fueron muy divertidos! ¡Gracias por acompañarnos y animar a nuestros Bears!

Esperamos que disfruten de un maravilloso fin de semana largo y los veremos de regreso el miércoles 5 de noviembre de 2025.

A medida que avanzamos en esta temporada llena de aprendizaje, celebraciones y eventos especiales, nuestro enfoque sigue siendo la enseñanza de alta calidad y el crecimiento académico. Nuestros maestros están trabajando con mucho empeño para asegurarse de que cada minuto de aprendizaje cuente.

Spring ISD Hispanic Heritage 2025 Contest Announcement

We’re so proud to share that our Beneke Bears shined bright in this year’s Spring ISD Hispanic Heritage Contest!

Our Kindergarten through 5th grade students competed against talented students from across the entire district — and we’re thrilled to celebrate those who stood out for their creativity, pride, and representation of Hispanic heritage and culture.

As stated in the Beneke Elementary Handbook, the latest time to check your student out for the day is 2:45 p.m. After this time, we will not release students, as our staff is focused on preparing for dismissal.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and efficient dismissal process.

Beginning Monday, August 18, 2025

All car riders must be picked up by 3:45pm. The school will call parents of students who are still on campus after 3:45. Upon arrival, parents must come to the front office to sign the child out. You must have your I.D. to sign your child out after 3:45 p.m. Spring ISD police and/or Child Protective Services will be contacted for any child that is left after 4:30 pm. Parents who arrive after 4:00pm 3 or more times will be required to find a different transportation option.

All car riders have a car rider number, and parents must have the placard issued by the campus to pick students up from the car rider line.

You may not use a picture of the placard to pick up your student.

If you arrive after 3:45 PM to pick up your student up from the front office with the car rider tag, show your ID, and sign the late dismissal form.

Please be courteous and follow the procedures when using the car rider line.

The traffic pattern is designed for cars to take turns, turning into the parking lot from Briarchase Dr.

Please do not form a third line down the center of the road to turn into the car rider line.

Walker A Parents, please do not block the entrance to the neighborhood. In the event of an emergency, an emergency vehicle needs access to the residents' homes. Therefore, you may not park on both sides of the entrance or the main road leading to the neighborhood.
