Enrollment Lottery for 2026-2027
It's Lottery time again! One of the best things you can do to support our school is to help us get the word out. The enrollment lottery application for next school year is on our website. If a family has other students, not currently enrolled, that they hope to enroll at PPCS, they will need to complete a lottery application for those students. The application deadline is Thursday, March 26 at 10:00 a.m. The lottery will be held on Friday, March 27 at 10:00. The public is welcome to attend. School tours for prospective families will be held on Friday, February 13, Friday, March 6, and Wednesday, March 25. All tours will be from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Friday tour attendees may arrive at 8:30 to attend Community Circle beforehand. Attendees should RSVP for the tour by emailing their name, tour date and phone number to the office.
Returning students do not need a lottery application. In February, an Intent to Return survey will be emailed to all families of currently enrolled students. Please complete and submit the survey to confirm whether your family will be returning to PPCS next school year. This lets us know how many seats we have available in the enrollment lottery. To re-cap:
New students - Lottery Application (on website this week)
Returning students - Intent to Return (emailed in February)
Winter Gear
Winter weather is here. Please remember to send your student with appropriate winter gear (coats, snow pants, gloves, boots, hats). We have a few items on hand to lend out, but not enough for everyone. It is very helpful if those who have these items bring them to school. Families experiencing hardship can check out the Family Resource Hub.
Community Circle Schedule
Parents are welcome to attend community circles with kindergarten through 5th grade. They are held on Fridays beginning at 8:30. Each community circle celebrates an EL Design Principle.
