Eagle Update
Archer Glen Elementary | November 6, 2025
A Message from Principal Woofter
November has arrived and our first Trimester is winding down!
Now that the weather is getting colder and more rainy, our car drop off and pick up line has become busier. To ensure a quick and smooth process please:
- Pull your car as far FORWARD as possible.
- Students should unload from the PASSENGER side of the vehicle only.
- Backpacks, lunches, etc. should be ready to go and the student should be able to INDEPENDENTLY exit the vehicle themselves.
- If you or your student NEED EXTRA TIME to unload, make plans, give hugs and kisses, etc. PLEASE PULL INTO A PARKING SPOT and take the time that you need.
- Be mindful of our Handicap Accessible parking spots by not blocking those spots as you are waiting in the car line for drop off or pick up.
Thank you for making our car line safe and efficient for everyone!
On Thursday, November 20, we will be holding a Movie Night fundraiser for the Morad family. Admission to Cars will be free and concessions will be available for purchase using cash or Venmo. Please note: all children must be accompanied by an adult for the full event. Families are encouraged to bring blankets and/or low chairs for watching the movie. Doors will open at 5:30 and the movie will begin at 6:00.
Tomorrow is our last day for our Candy Buy Back Week. Thank you for the incredible amount of donations we have received so far! Feel free to bring in any unwanted candy until the end of the day tomorrow to add to our overall school total.
Please remember that there is no school on Monday for teacher professional development or Tuesday as we take the day to celebrate our Veterans.
Kindly,
Sarah

New! November PAC Newsletter
Volunteers
The District will be welcoming volunteers back into our school buildings this year. All volunteers will need to complete and have an approved background check on file prior to volunteering (this must be renewed each school year). The background check process can take 7-10 business days, so please allow sufficient processing time if you are planning to volunteer for a specific event.
HelpCounter Volunteer Information
Our Archer Glen Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) is creating an updated email list for school information and other ways to support our school. If you are looking to volunteer at Archer Glen this year, please sign up using the link shared here. If you are new to Archer Glen you will need to create a new login. Past volunteers can use their old sign in. (Please note that this link does not work well on your phone so you will need to use another device).
ALL parents will need to fill out their information again as the system gets updated each fall. The registration will ask some questions about volunteer preferences, please still answer the questions and select all activities you might be interested in learning more about!
You can find out more information about how to sign up for volunteer opportunities at Archer Glen using HelpCounter by visiting Archer Glen PAC's Instagram handle here.
