Care Solace Monthly Message
It’s National Thank You Month! Thank You Month is an opportunity to spread kindness by thanking all the people who’ve helped us along the way.
To kick off Thank You Month, we want to thank you for your dedication. Every day, you encourage your student to learn and grow. You are a major reason for the success of our students, and it’s an honor to serve your family.
We encourage you to spend some time this January thinking about what you’re thankful for and express gratitude for those who have helped you. Help from others is so appreciated and, at times, needed. If you or a family member needs extra support, Bullitt County Schools partnered with Care Solace to support the well-being of students and their family members. If you or a family member are looking for help with mental health or substance use treatment and would like to use Care Solace to help you find a provider:
- Call 888-515-0595. Multilingual support is available 24/7/365.
- Visit caresolace.com/bullitt and either search on your own OR click “Book Appointment” for assistance by video chat, email, or phone.
Thank you again for your dedication to your students and this community.

PARENTS PLEASE READ
If your child is absent or tardy to school you will receive the one call at 11:30.
Previously, when students were called in for the day we could take their name off the list. This year the Department of Pupil Personnel is sending the message and we can not remove names. We know it says it comes from Freedom Elementary but that is because your student is enrolled with us.
*When you receive the call at 11:30 don’t worry about calling then. That is a reminder to call before school starts in the future
*If your students is going to be absent for a couple/few days please let us know by calling (502)869-3600. If it’s just one day you can notify the student’s teacher via their preferred method.
Announcements from the Office
Walkers this is only for the parents that work at North Bullitt or Hebron and want to walk and pick up.
Different teachers will be bringing them out so make sure you have the “Walker Tag” when you walk over to get them in the afternoon. If you don’t have the tag they will be sent to the car rider line. We have several new teachers this year, so this will save you a lot of time when you come get them.
PTA Portal
Mark your calendars! Dad, Uncle, Grandpa, or Someone Special plan for an evening of dancing with your little princesses. Information and order forms coming soon! There’s an event planned later for the sons!
