School Rule Reminders School Rule Reminders

November

As we continue into the school year, we want to remind our students of some important expectations that help keep Central a safe, respectful, and positive place for everyone.

Most importantly, students must keep their hands to themselves at all times and respect the personal space of others. We are also reinforcing the importance of listening to and following directions, walking in the hallways, using school-appropriate language, and following expectations in the classroom, cafeteria, and during recess. Students should also remember to clean up after themselves. These small reminders make a big difference in keeping our school day safe and running smoothly. Thank you for your continued support in reinforcing these expectations at home.

We are so grateful for our amazing RAMily and the strong start we’ve had to the school year! We look forward to continuing to build on this momentum together. Go RAMS!

October:
  • Technology Reminders

QPS Chromebooks: Students are responsible for their assigned Chromebook and should only use their own device. Students should never touch, close, log in to, borrow, or use another student’s Chromebook. Chromebooks are QPS property, and families may be financially responsible for damage caused by misuse.

Yondr Pouches & Personal Electronic Devices: Cell phones, AirPods/earbuds, and smartwatches, must be turned off and secured in students’ Yondr pouches for the entire school day. Students are responsible for bringing their Yondr pouch to and from school each day and taking care of it. Pouches are locked beginning at 8:05 a.m. and stored in students’ lockers throughout the school day. At 2:30 p.m., students will unlock their pouches and bring all personal items and the pouch home. If a Yondr pouch is lost, there is a $30 replacement fee.

As a reminder, students should keep their hands off all belongings, including Chromebooks and personal items, that do not belong to them.

For full details, please refer to the Student Rights and Responsibilities Handbook, which outlines all expectations regarding personal technology use and other important school policies.

Thank you for working with us to support a safe, respectful, and productive school environment for all students.
