Rocket Family News

Rocket Families,

We’ve accomplished two rounds of STAAR testing and we have Math STAAR right around the corner the last week of April. Our primary-aged students are also working hard on End of Year testing in their classrooms. Thank you to our Rocket Staff for a phenomenal job of maintaining a calm, structured learning environment for our students during testing. They continue to provide strong instructional practices and support our students in meeting high expectations so they can thrive all the way to the end of the school year!

Thank you to all parents and staff who supported Rowe Lane's Spring Carnival! This incredible event cannot happen without the planning and hard work of our amazing volunteers. We had beautiful weather, fantastic activities and rides, and an abundance of student smiles!

Also, please join us for our annual Rowe Lane Fine Arts & Cultural Fair Night, Thursday, April 25th from 6-8 pm. All K-5 students will have artwork displayed this evening and we have many hands-on activities planned for families to enjoy! Check out other exciting events happening in our Rowe Lane Community below.

A huge THANK YOU goes out to the carnival committee! The planning and hard work did not go unnoticed!

These items are all USDA-approved for school programs based on nutritional requirements. If you do not wish for your child to purchase these items with their meal account or have specific guidelines for the purchase, please notify us by completing this form and submitting it to our Food Service Office via email at denise.meserole@pfisd.net or your campus cafeteria manager so that we may note on your child’s account.

We love our PfISD staff members and we know our parents do too! We want to provide an opportunity for our parents to publicly recognize and thank our staff members who serve our students, staff, and the community. We have created a Google Form to provide information directly to us to share with our staff as a whole and let you see the difference you are making in a student's life every single day. Please click here for the Google Form.
