The Viking View

Mr. Hildebrand has developed a Vex Robotic Club at Viking. Ten, 2nd & 3rd grade students are participating in this club. They meet early Friday mornings before school starts and have been working hard learning all about what it takes to build and program robots. They will need to have their robots complete several tasks. They are divided into a boy team and a girl team. This is an awesome experience for these students to be able to be part of this year. Thank you, Mr. Hildebrand!

This month's theme is "We Are Connected!" We are teaching our students that we all belong and are connected to each other in a positive way. We share many things in common and want everyone to feel good coming to school each day knowing that they are a valuable part of our Viking family!

The Viking School Climate Committee dressed up in true form with our camping theme and brought fun to our January assembly.

Each year the district has students in grades 3-5 participate in the Olweus Questionnaire. Please read the letter below for more information. Thanks!
