Important Notes to our Parents and Guardians

1. Please update your contact and emergency information in the 2022-2023 Returning Student Registration found on the Parent Portal. Even if your information hasn't changed, please submit your information annually to keep the information current. This will also help to make sure that you receive notifications and emails from the district and school at the correct contact.

2. This winter season has been a tough one with various illnesses like the common cold, Flu, RSV and some COVID cases. Over break, our wonderful Custodial Staff has deep-cleaned the school and will continue to clean and sanitize classrooms and the cafeteria as well as commonly-touched surfaces multiple times a day. Students are allowed to wear masks in school. Masks are available in the main office. If your child is not feeling well, we recommend that they stay home from school. We ask that parents/guardians please not send students to school with any of the following symptoms: Elevated temperature (fever free for 24 hours without fever reducing medication), Nausea or Vomiting, and Other Symptoms like excessive cough or sore throat accompanied by headache, muscular aches or pain. We appreciate your understanding in trying to keep everyone healthy!

USAgain Bins for Clothes Donations

If you find yourself wanting to donate clothes, shoes and other items, please consider using our USAgain donation bins. The RMS bins are located in the bus loop parking lot. The positives to using these bins are two-fold: for every bin that is full, USAgain plants 1 tree and two, some money gets raised for our RMS Environmental Club! See the picture below from the USAgain website for some ideas that you may consider donating!
