Reminders
Phones and Smartwatches: Per our policy, PERSONAL COMMUNICATION DEVICES (BP 5136), electronic devices can be used before or after school, but during the school hours any student with a cell phone out or smartwatch on will be asked by a teacher or administrator to turn it off and put it into their backpack.
School Fees
Just as a reminder, student fees have been posted in Infinite Campus. We encourage you to pay your fees each year, as over time, the balance due will just continue to increase as one year is added to the next. You can even login and pay a little bit each month which can also help spread the payment out over time.
If you have outstanding fees you will be receiving a letter via mail in the next week. If you have questions please call the office.
Protect Your Student's Chromebook - Grades 1-12
Chromebook repairs can be costly. For $40, the Technology Protection Plan provides up to $400 in coverage for eligible repairs throughout the school year.
- Pay by September 30 to participate.
- The fee is already available in eligible students’ Infinite Campus accounts.
- Students whose families do not purchase the plan will be responsible for repair costs.
For more information, review your student’s handbook or contact the Technology Department's Device Fee Specialist Natalie Ruble at 614-834-2109. Please remind students to handle their Chromebook with care. *Intentional damage is not covered.

Have you submitted your 2026-2027 Annual Update? This is a reminder that the Annual Update is now due.
If you have submitted your Annual Update, please disregard this notice.
What is the Annual Update? Every academic year, parents/guardians are asked to update and submit the required "Back to School Forms" for their currently enrolled student(s). Included are forms such as the Emergency Medical Authorization, Student Handbook Acknowledgement, Device Agreement, Technology Protection Plan and Field Trip Authorization Form, among other release agreements. The process of completing these forms is referred to as the Annual Update.
