Mid-February 2026
Message from Mrs. Antoniello
February is off to a wonderful start at our school! We were excited to celebrate Valentine’s Day and all the kindness and friendship it represents. We also marked a big milestone as we reached the 100th day of school, a fantastic opportunity to reflect on how much our students have learned and grown since the first day.
As we continue building strong readers, we are preparing for our upcoming Read-A-Thon, which promises to inspire a love of reading throughout our school community. For more information about the Read-A-Thon, please read the flyer!
We are also looking forward to our school dance, a fun-filled event that gives students a chance to celebrate and make great memories together. Thank you for your continued support in making our school such a special place to learn and grow!

Kindness Matters at OMS
During the Great Kindness Challenge, Old Mill School students came together to pledge their commitment to kindness. Mrs. Ormsbee led schoolwide lessons on the importance of kindness, and each student added their bulldog “paw print” to our Pledge to Be Kind poster, created with the support of Ms. Smith. The poster serves as a lasting reminder that kindness starts with all of us.
