KAES Bible Challenge KAES Bible Challenge

This year our theme is Rooted, encouraging our students to become strong in God's word. To help with this we are having a Bible Challenge in December. Attached are the verses we are asking students to study and become familiar with. In December we will compete in groups of 6 or 7 to see how well we have put God's Word in our hearts. We believe that this will be a fun way to test our ability to learn His Word. This is not to be a burden. We are encouraging students to take time to regularly read or listen to the verses. Parents, you may want to read a few verses each night during family worship or listen to a few verses on the way to school. During the Bible challenge, teams will be given questions over the verses. There will be two types of questios: True or False and multiple choice. Questions will be read outloud and visible on the screen. Students will have 15 secounds to answer each question.

Friday Chapel Offering Friday Chapel Offering

KAES has partnered with Adventist World Radio to help get God's Word out to the world. This year our chapel offering is going towards purchasing Godpods. These devices have the Bible in the local language of many countries so they can learn of God. They run on solar batteries so they can be used almost anywhere. Thank you for helping your child support this ministry this year through our chapel offerings.

Parent/teacher conferences Parent/teacher conferences

I hope you had a chance to meet with your child's teacher this past Monday. If you did not, please reach out and ask if you can meet after school. It is important to connect with your child's teacher about the progress your child is making this year.
