Bravo! to Mrs. Millett and our Smith bands for a great "Thrills and Chills" concert this past week!

Our Student Council threw a fantastic Spirit Week and Pep-Assembly this past week! Students and staff had a lot of fun dressing up and showing their Smith spirit. Our pep assembly included a performance by our 8th grade band, a dance routine from our cheer team, relay races, and students vs staff volleyball game. Congrats to our Smith staff on the victory!

Thank you to our PTO for hosting our first Knights' Party of the year! DJ Pep had a great dance party going in the atrium, the gym was open for basketball, and our parents were serving pizza and snacks! Thank you to everyone who donated to the event and volunteered their time.

Our 6th Grade Learning Communities are excited to celebrate the end of the 1st marking period with a Fall Festival! 🍂🎃

On Wednesday, October 28, students will enjoy a variety of fun activities in their classrooms throughout the day. We’ll wrap up our celebration by coming together as an entire learning community in the Commons.

Smith Families, dine out at participating restaurants between November 1 and November 6 for Step Up to the Plate 2026! Diners should bring the attached flyer with them to receive a 20% discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages. Then send your receipts to the Smith office by November 10.

The Troy High School Model UN Team is excited to announce the 2nd annual "Fall Into MUN" Model United Nations (MUN) 2026 Workshop for TSD Middle School students!

The conference will take place Tuesday, October 27 at Troy High School starting at 6PM.

This new event will be an exciting opportunity for all TSD Middle School students to kick off their MUN season with the help of the THS MUN team.

Please see the promotional flyer about the event, and linked here is the Google Registration Form where you will find all the registration info, as well as the permission statement, and payments can be made via School Pay.

Register by Friday, October 23 to secure your spot and get all the information necessary!
