This coming week is our last full week of school. The following week, students will only attend school on Monday and Tuesday. The last day of school for preschool students will be Monday, May 24th. The last day of school for all other students will be Tuesday, May 25th with an early dismissal at 12:30. We will be collecting all electronic devices for the summer. Collection will begin next week. Please be sure to return the device, charger, and case that was provided.

All those students that registered for summer school will be contacted by their Summer Education Academy (S.E.A.) teacher sometime this week. The first day of summer learning starts June 7th from 8:30-11:30 at Wolf Ridge for incoming K-5 students. Students entering grades 6-8 and 9-12 will participate in summer learning at the high school from 9:00-12:00. More information about summer learning for these grades will be sent out this week.

We have many fun learning activities planned for these last 7 days of our regular school year. Check out our Wolf Ridge student dance video below. We are staying positive and making these last days count!

Your Principal,

Mrs. Ronen

Students should plan to turn in their electronic device, charger, and case by Friday, May 21st. We will be updating and storing devices for the summer. Devices will be returned to students at the beginning of next school year. Students will be charged on their account for devices and/or chargers not returned to the school.

This outdoor event will be rescheduled if there is rain in the forecast. Parents will be notified with a note and email that day by 2:00pm if it has to be rescheduled. We hope you will register to attend this fun family event.

Thank you to all those that registered for summer learning. We are beginning our plans to make this summer count for our students! It is going to be great.

Summer learning will begin on June 7th and end on July 1st. Students can arrive as early as 7:30, but learning will take place Monday-Thursday from 8:30-11:30. A free breakfast and lunch will be provided to all those that participate. Contact Doug Dey at ddey@bhcusd.org if you have any questions about transportation to and from our summer school program.

Our 7th grade students will take a walking field trip to the high school on Tuesday, May 18th. Students will be able to tour the school and participate in a Q&A with current 8th grade students. We hope that this will make the transition to a new building better.
