Athletic Academy: Benefits of Multi-Sport Exploration with a Focus on Golf
At our Athletic Academy, students benefit greatly from engaging in a variety of sports throughout the year. Exploring multiple athletic disciplines enhances physical literacy, builds well-rounded athleticism, and fosters lifelong healthy habits. By participating in a range of sports, students develop transferable skills such as coordination, agility, teamwork, and mental focus—each of which contributes to overall athletic growth and resilience.
Our current spotlight on golf, including disc golf, introduces students to a sport that promotes patience, concentration, and self-discipline. Golf also strengthens fine motor skills, strategic thinking, and emotional regulation. Additionally, it offers a unique blend of individual challenge and social interaction, making it an excellent complement to team-based sports. Exposure to golf provides students with an opportunity to experience a sport they may continue to enjoy recreationally or competitively throughout their lives.
Through varied athletic experiences, including our current golf focus, students are better equipped to discover their passions, build confidence, and pursue lifelong engagement in physical activity.

School Council
We would like to share an update regarding our School Council and Parent Association for the upcoming school year. As part of our process, we opened nominations for all positions. As we did not receive any new nominations, the current members have agreed to continue in their roles.
As such, all positions have been acclaimed, and we are pleased to confirm that our dedicated team will remain in place for another term. We are grateful for their continued commitment and the time they volunteer to support our school community.
We always welcome new voices and encourage anyone interested in becoming involved with School Council or the Parent Association to reach out at any time throughout the year. Your ideas and participation are always valued!
