Dear IG Families:
We are getting a tease of Spring weather this week... at least with some sun and some rain. We still get outside to play whenever possible, so layering up is advised. We make an overhead announcement around 10:30 in these wintry/early spring months to let everyone know if recess is inside or outside. When "outside recess" is announced, you can hear the cheers from anywhere in the school.
Next week is our last week before Spring Break! We have a full week of learning and fun. We will end with a Community Circle gathering and fun Pod Day activity. Our students will be decorating paper donuts to be affixed to boxes at Donuts Delite for National Good Deeds Day on April 16. We cannot want to share the love with our community!
Sincerely,
Lucas Hiley. Ed.D.
