Safety Matter
We ask for your partnership with a safety concern.
Through our school safety protocols we recently identified an increase in instances where students brought toy guns onto school property after school hours. Although we confirmed these items were non-lethal toys and posed no threat to student safety, we take the presence of any item resembling a weapon seriously.
To ensure a safe environment for all students and prevent unnecessary alarm, we must strictly enforce our policy regarding prohibited items. Please remind your children that toy guns, fake weapons, or any item resembling a weapon is not allowed on school property at any time.
We appreciate your cooperation in reviewing this policy with your children and helping us reinforce the importance of leaving all weapon-like toys at home. Maintaining a safe and supportive school environment is our top priority, and we thank you for your ongoing partnership.
