Students and parents can check out before school, do Makerspace activities, games, read and more Wed-Fri!
How Many Books Can My Students Check Out?
1st-1 book in the fall, 2 starting in January
Grades 2nd-5th-2 books.
Students are expected to have their books each Library day, even if they are renewing it.

I send a monthly newlsetter via Class DoJo. Please take a moment to read these, as it will contain what's been happening in the library as well as upcoming events.

This year students will get a free book on their birthday!!
Students can also earn books by making positive behavior choices, doing well academically, or improving in these areas. All staff members have the opportunity to nominate a student to get a free book. They will also have a little slip that explains why the student was nominated.
Support the Scobee Library
Lost or Damaged Book Replacement
This year, you will be able to help support the Scobee Library by purchasing books for the library! This will also be used to take care of any lost or damaged books. You will go the website- and make your purchase using a credit/debit card. Bound to Stay Bound will do all the rest! They will catalog and send the book to our library to be added to the collection! It's that easy!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
These are some tasks that I always need help with:
- Picking book carts of books up from classrooms
- Checking books in for the day
- Delivering book carts to classrooms
- Organizing books and shelving
- Making copies
- Making bulletin board displays
- Book Fair
