Kindness Starts With Us

Kindness is one of the simplest ways we can make SVMS a better place.

A smile in the hallway, inviting someone to join you, helping a classmate, or thanking a staff member may seem small, but small acts of kindness create a stronger community.

Kindness is not just something we celebrate during a special week—it is a choice we can make every single day.

This week, let’s focus on being the reason someone feels welcomed, appreciated, and valued. When Vikings take care of each other, everyone benefits.

Please make every effort to be on school on this day and on time. If you are out for any reason, we will need a note upon returning.

Homecoming is just around the corner, and we are excited to celebrate an awesome week together! This year’s theme is A Night in Hollywood, and we are ready to bring the Hollywood spirit to SVMS!

Attached, you will find the Middle School Spirit Dress-Up Days for the week. Let’s have some fun and deck out in your favorite spirit attire each day! Just a reminder: No face paint or masks of any kind are permitted.

Also, don’t forget about the Homecoming Parade on Friday at 4:30 PM and the Homecoming Football game at 7:00! We hope to see you there cheering on our Vikings and celebrating Homecoming!

Let’s make it a fun week, SVMS!
