November 2025 Odometer "Lite"
Hello again Z family.
In September, in my last N.N., I wrote,” My presidency is coming to an end, but as a wise man once said, 'you haven’t gotten rid of me yet”. Well, I’m back for another two years. With my new term and new and returning board members, we have a lot of new and updated ideas for the club. I am looking forward to continuing my board relationships with Andy, Travis, Jason, Wendy, and Patty. Although she is not on the board, Tiffany is a vital part of the club as social media director and Zoom coordinator. She even stepped in to do the Odometer while Jason attended to some family business. I am excited to welcome back Don Gordon to the board as our public relations director. Since I vacated that position in 2024, we didn’t have anyone to fill that spot on the board, and Don jumped in with both feet in July and got our sponsor (Empire Lakewood Nissan) and two of our vendors (Adam's Polishes and The Man Cave) to supply gifts for our banquet. I am equally as excited to welcome back my wife, Cheryle, as your new vice president. She had been V.P. before, and although the duties have changed a bit, she is going to do a great job for the club. She has also been appointed as special assistant to the president to help me with things that she is better at than I am, like putting together agendas, etc.
All in all, we have a great board to lead this club on the highway from fall ’25 to fall ’27.

We are deeply saddened to hear that Gateway Classic Cars of Denver will be closing its doors on November 15th. They were extremely welcoming to our club and allowed us to hold our monthly meetings there. They also featured our car club several times at the Caffeine and Chrome events. On Saturday, September 27th, they hosted their final Caffeine and Chrome Car Show. Several ZCCC members went to express our thanks and show support. The parking lot was so packed that people were lined up on the sides of the building with their vehicles. They have built an amazing community in Denver, and it is a real loss to see them go. Please note that their Holiday and Toys for Tots event scheduled for December 6th has been canceled. Thank you, Gateway Classic Cars of Denver.
This month's vendor highlight is Adam's Polishes. Their fine finishing products are available to you at a minimum discount of 20%. Some items have a special promotion with an even larger discount. See Trent, Ryan, or Joe for help, and show your membership card to get your discount.
