Principal's Message
Good Evening Dragon Families:
The completed ODC provides our site and District with $2,000 per students.
Last week, we were at 72%, this week we are at 83%--let's make it to at least 95%!
If you have not completed the Online Data Confirmation, then you should have received an email directly from the District Office which was sent out on Friday, September 5th.
If you have not already done so, please scan the QR Code in the next section or follow these simple steps:
- Go to the Lodi USD website.
- Select Portals.
- Choose Aeries Parent & Student Portal.
- Sign in or create an account.
- After logging in, a pink banner will appear if your Data Confirmation has not been completed.
- You may also navigate to Student Info → Data Confirmation.
- Review, confirm, or update your child's information.
- Select Confirm and Continue through each section.
- Click Finish and Submit to complete the process.
Gentle reminders:
1. This needs to be completed EVERY year, at the beginning of the year. Once you have completed the ODC, you have access to view Aeries and monitor your student's grade.
2. This needs to completed for EACH child, not once per family.
We have 3 9th grade families, 19 10th grade families, 10 11th grade families, and 24 12th grade families that need to complete the Online Data Confirmation.
Our goal is to make it to at least 95% by September 15th, 2026.
Students will receive a school-wide pizza party if we hit that goal! If we can get 100%, students will receive a pizza party AND an ice cream social! We can do this.
With Gratitude,
Mrs. Vanessa Jara
Principal

Please review the following message from the District:
We want to bring to your attention the importance of discussing the proper care of district-issued student Chromebooks with your children. We have observed an increase in incidents involving damage, often linked to carelessness or misuse. As we address these situations, we want to remind you of the importance of engaging in discussions with your child about the proper care of their district-issued Chromebook. Students will be held responsible for any damages, and charges may apply for repairs. Principals will conduct thorough investigations in collaboration with students to ensure fair outcomes. Additionally, please remind your students to charge their Chromebooks overnight, ensuring they are ready for the next day's learning activities. Your involvement in these discussions is crucial, and we appreciate your attention to these matters.

Parents, if your student needs to leave early, call the main office: (209) 954-5790--the secretary will send a call slip for the student and the student will meet you at your designated pick-up. The earlier you call in, the quicker we are able to communicate with the student.

- absence related to legal system
- family emergency

Dress Code Policy
We realize that our students are on a college campus, where the style of dress is more varied, however, MCHS adheres to the dress code policy of Lodi Unified School District
- Clothing should be loose and cover the students’ back, midriff, cleavage, and buttocks; including covering all undergarments
- Clothing will not include messages and/or pictures promoting drugs, sexploitation, discrimination, profanity, and/or violence; including gang-related clothing or insignia.
- Headwear (including caps/hats, scarves, beanies, durags, etc.) can be worn on campus; however, are not allowed in the classroom and/or indoor activities, such as, assemblies and/or rallies.
Students that are out of dress code will be asked to make adjusts to their outfits. If the appropriate adjusts cannot be made, then the student will be sent to the office: T-shirts will be provided as needed. If necessary, parent/guardian may be called to bring a change of clothes.
Delivery Policy
Deliveries WILL NOT be accepted and/or delivered to students unless there is an emergency. We DO NOT accept flowers, balloons, commercial/retail food deliveries or other items for delivery to students.
