Account Set Up

Converting an Existing Account

1. Go to https://www.getepic.com/schoolplus_go
2. Choose "I already use Epic"
3. Sign in with your email address and password.
4. If you see the prompt "Welcome to Epic School Plus", enter your school name and click on Continue to upgrade your account
5. If you do not see the prompt, click “Account Settings”
6. Locate and click the pencil icon next to the school name

NOTE: If you are unable to locate the school using the school name please enter the full school address.

7. You will be asked to update (please update even if the school name shows up correctly in your account).
8. Follow the steps to update, and the account will be converted to Epic School Plus.

9. IMPORTANT: Please check your email once you have completed the above steps for the confirmation email. If provided, click the link in the email to complete conversion.

Creating a New Account

If you've never had a free Epic School account, you will need to follow these steps to create an Epic School Plus account:
1. Go to https://www.getepic.com/schoolplus_go
2. Choose "I'm new to Epic"
3. Locate your school name

NOTE: If you are unable to locate the school using the school name please enter the full school address.

4. Fill in the required information and click “Continue” to create your account
5. IMPORTANT: Please check your email once you have completed the above steps for the confirmation email. Click the link in the email to complete your account set up.

Account Sign In & Rostering

Epic accounts and rosters will be generated via Clever. To set your account up properly and have your students automatically sync into your account, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Account Settings

2. Click the Sync button

3. Choose “Start fresh with your Clever class list”

4. Click Continue

DO NOT CHOOSE TO MERGE YOUR CLASS LISTS UNLESS YOU HAVE THE EXACT SAME CLASS AS LAST SCHOOL YEAR

5. Review confirmation message

6. Click “Continue with Clever Sync”

7. When complete, you will see a count of students synced

8. Click View Classroom to see your updated roster

9. Your class code will reset. You will not need to share your class code, however, as students will access your class via the Clever link.
