Parents,

We’d like to help make our check-in process for Field Day as quick and smooth as possible.

To do this, we encourage you to pre-register before arriving on campus. You can do this by scanning the QR code or clicking the link on the sign-up sheet. Once you begin, you’ll receive instructions via email or text to complete your registration. At the end of the process, you’ll be provided with a QR code. Simply scan that code when you arrive, and you’ll be all set!

If you are unable to pre-register ahead of time, please plan to check in using the iPad at the front office before heading to Field Day.

Thank you for helping us make this process efficient for everyone!

Estimados padres:

Raptor Check In

We are excited to re-introduce Raptor, our new system for checking visitors into the school. Whether you are volunteering in a classroom, helping with an event, or attending a performance, Raptor will help streamline the check-in process.

For certain events, you may receive a pre-registration link or QR code from your child’s teacher. To get started:

  • Download the Raptor app
  • Scan your driver’s license, then complete the ID verification and selfie step to create your profile
  • Scan the QR code or follow the link provided by your teacher

Once your profile is set up, future visits will be much quicker as you’ll simply open your app to My Raptor Passport and scan your personal QR code instead of your ID at the front office. This will allow you to volunteer in the classroom or visit your student.

For specific events your teacher will send you a link or QR pertaining to that event ONLY. Only after you have created a MY Raptor Passport will you then scan the QR or follow the link from your teacher. The app will then send you a different QR code for the specific event. If you open your Raptor App you can find this QR under the "Events" tab.

When you arrive at the school, open the Raptor app, select “Event,” and your pre-registered QR code for the event will be there for quick check-in.

Completing ALL of these steps before coming to the school will streamline the process.

Thank you for helping us keep our campus safe and efficient!
