COVID 19 - Item Pick-up/Turn-in

Students & Parents will NOT be allowed into the building (you will be asked to stay in your cars). We will have staff on hand to run and collect items. Staff will wear gloves and masks and place items in the backseat or truck. If you fill out the forms below if you need something, in particular, it will help us be as best prepared as possible.

Prescription Pick Up Sign Up: Please fill out this form if you need to collect a prescription from our school nurse. Please note prescriptions must be picked up by a Parent or Guardian and cannot be sent home with students.

Yearbooks will be available for distribution on May 21st and 22nd. Yearbooks cannot be purchased at this time. Questions? Please e-mail jonathanhall@wsdr4.org

Necessary Item Pick Up Sign Up: Please fill out this form if there is a particular item you need out of your locker, gym locker, or in a classroom ahead of time and we will have the items bagged for you.

***Student belongings will not be thrown away this Summer if not picked up.

Jostens will be on site for Cap & Gown pick up and Class Ring pick up on Friday, May 22nd.

*Jostens will be in the front main parking lot. If there is rain in the forecast Jostens will be around back at the Auditorium entrance.

Seniors 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

• SENIOR CAP & GOWN PICK UP WILL BE ON MAY 22nd from 8:00 am - 11:00 am

Juniors 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm

• Juniors will keep their Chromebooks over the Summer (if you are moving, please return it on this date).

Seniors 8:00 am - 11:00 am

• CAP & GOWN PICK UP - Jostens will be on hand to distribute Caps & Gowns

Sophomores* 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

• Sophomores will keep their Chromebooks over the Summer (if you are moving, please return it on this date).
• *Jostens will be on-site to hand out Class Rings

Freshman 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
