GLOW BASH SUCCESS!
Last night was a BLAST! I think we estimated around 650 were there to party! Thank you for all of your donations and efforts towards supporting BES. We are so very appreciative. A special thank you to the amazing LHS students who helped set everything up, danced and supervised throughout the night, and cleaned up afterwards. I also want to thank our Site Council members and staff who helped throughout the night. Joe Crooks with the Louisburg Fire Department brought the truck over and it was a huge hit with all the lights and hats for the kids! Lastly, I want to thank the local businesses and organizations for giving up their Saturday night! It was great to see our community and school partnering up and I look forward to more opportunities!
We have completed our screenings and you will be hearing from your child's teacher regarding how they did and what level of interventions your child will receive throughout the school day. We have a Parent Information Night on September 21st where you can learn all about our screenings, our system of supports, the assessments we use, and more! I cannot stress how great this night is for parents to attend - wonderful information! Childcare is provided AND each family can enter to win lunch on the playground for their child's entire class!
PTO meets this Tuesday at RES. We hope to see you there!
We would LOVE to have you volunteer at BES! Please see the volunteer training dates offered at BES below. It is a simple process to ensure our students' safety! Training sessions are about 10 minutes!
PICTURE DAY is Friday, September 23rd!! You can order online NOW! Check out the details below.
