VERY IMPORTANT!

As temperatures begin to rise, students will be heading outside for recess! We’ll be playing on the blacktop or out front whenever weather allows. Sneakers may be worn daily, as outdoor play can get a little messy. Please send coats, hats, and gloves so students are nice and warm during recess.

Yearbook Editor Needed! 📸

We’re looking for a new Yearbook Editor! This role is perfect for someone who’s creative, organized, and excited to help tell our school’s story. If you enjoy writing, design, photography, or leadership, consider applying and be part of creating something lasting.

This week our sensory bin was inspired by our Grocery Store theme! The bin was filled with beans, corn kernels, rice, pasta, measuring cups, measuring spoons, tweezers, and bowls—perfect for scooping, sorting, measuring, and lots of hands-on fun!

This week we made our very own brown paper grocery bags! 🛒 On the inside of our bags, we cut out different foods from real grocery store ads. We worked hard on our fine motor skills while cutting and gluing—and had so much fun shopping and creating! ✂️🖍️

This week we had a blast opening and running our very own grocery store! We used a cash register, canned food from our 'Soup’er Bowl, and real grocery bags. We practiced sorting different foods, identifying different amounts of money, and—most importantly—working together as a team!

This week we learned all about the four coins! Each day, we were introduced to a new coin and practiced identifying and sorting them. We did a great job becoming little money experts!
