Pep Rally Visitor Check-In Pep Rally Visitor Check-In

As we prepare for upcoming student events, we want to make you aware of our updated check-in process through the Raptor system. This system is designed to increase safety and efficiency, but it does require a few important steps on your part.

What You Need to Know:

Download the Raptor Safe App – To walk up, scan a QR code, and receive a badge, you must download the Raptor Safe app and complete your profile. This includes uploading a picture and scanning your driver’s license. Once verified, your QR code will update to reflect your completed status.

Registration Only Is Not Enough – If you only register for the event without completing the app profile, you will have a QR code, but you will still be required to show and scan your ID at check-in before receiving a badge. This step takes additional time.

Verification Matters – If you do not see the green check, it means you have not accepted the invitation in the app—even if you already scanned your license. Be sure to log in, accept the invitation, and confirm your account details.

Green Shield Reminder – If you see a green shield but not a check, it means you still need to upload your license image. Please double-check that your profile is fully complete.

If you are attending a pep rally and your Raptor app does not say “Verified Profile” under your profile picture, please plan to arrive a little earlier to allow extra time for check-in.

We will have 3 lines for parents:

1. Registered with Verified Profiles - These individuals have completed all steps to sign up for Raptor Safe. They will scan a QR code and enter the building.

2. Registered without Verified Profiles - These individuals will have to scan their driver's license with the Raptor Safe app before entering.

3. Unregistered - If you have not registered at all through the Raptor Safe app, please ensure that you arrive with plenty of time to be processed by our staff through our Raptor Kiosk.

November 6th

Click this link for instructions: ---> https://smartpass.navattic.com/eventsafe?g=cmammlwka000004l27d6h4ofs&s=0

Important Reminders:

Completing the steps now saves time later. Once your profile is verified, you will not need to upload your license again.

Parents who miss the RSVP window are not guaranteed to make it into the event on time due to check-in lines.

We appreciate your patience as everyone adjusts to this updated process. While it may take some training and practice, once parents complete the steps, the system works smoothly and saves time for everyone.

Thank you for partnering with us to keep CMHS events safe and organized.

    • See through attire is acceptable as long as the layer of clothing underneath is non revealing.

    • Shirts with sleeves or sides cut out will not be permitted. Shirts must cover the entire shoulder.

    • Clothing that allows undergarments or lingerie to show through is not permitted.

    • Students may not wear tank tops, bare midriffs, half shirts, halter tops, spaghetti straps, camisoles, slip tops, or other types of lingerie alone or over the top of other shirts.

    • The doctor's note must be submitted to the school nurse or administration and updated annually or as required.

    • Blankets are not permitted.

NOTE: This dress code provides guidance regarding common situations but cannot cover every style of dress and specific situations that may arise. The district reserves the right to prohibit any clothing or grooming style that the administration determines to cause disruption of, distraction from, or interference with general school operations. In addition to disciplinary consequences, students may have to contact a parent to bring appropriate clothing to school if a student is out of the dress code. Repeated or severe offenses may result in more serious disciplinary action in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct. In addition, certain courses and extracurricular programs may have additional requirements or guidelines for students participating in those programs.

Food Pantry Food Pantry

Our campus pantries can use support all year long. We now have five pantry locations across the district, including two at KKE and Griffis, placed where they’re easy for students to access, especially those who walk. A dedicated volunteer helps store and restock donations regularly, helping ensure students and families have what they need.

Items we need most include canned potatoes, pork and beans, tuna, Vienna sausage, Ranch Style beans, pasta sauce (no noodles needed), chili mac, mac and cheese cups, and any kind of soup. Ramen noodles are always a great option and go quickly. We are currently stocked up on green beans, corn, peaches, pears, and pasta, so you can skip those for now—but we are grateful for any donation. Feel free to drop donations in the front office.
