Dear Weymouth Schools' Community,
It was another great week for our schools filled with events, celebrations, and contests.
International Night was a huge success this week at Weymouth High School as we welcomed the community to celebrate the many cultures of Weymouth and across the world.
Next week we look forward to a night of Resilience, Inclusion & Respect at Abigail Adams Middle School on Wednesday, May 25 at 7PM in the Adams Library (details below).
At our elementary schools we were beyond excited to announce the winners of the Mayor Bob Hedlund art contest, pictured below, the winners include:

Mental Health Awareness Month
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and May 1-7 is Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week! Below are resources, activities, and events that are happening throughout the month. Please feel free to share with your staff, families and the community. With 1 in 5 kids having a diagnosable mental health condition, now is the time to do our part in reducing the stigma around mental health and wellness.
